Use

Whether in a side or back position, make sure to align the waist with the base of the wedge cushion, to allow complete support. The duration of use and the choice of adding a pillow varies according to individual needs.

Adaptation

The typical adaptation period is between two and three weeks, but faster adaptation is common.

Care

The foam can be cleaned locally with a damp cloth only.
The coconut cover is machine washable in cold water. Lay flat to dry. No ironing. No bleach.

Warranty

Orthex Canada inc. provides for your posture cushion, a five-year warranty from date of purchase, against manufacturing defects or irregular use. When deficiency is approved by Orthex, the cushion will be replaced by the same model or its equivalent. Warranty claims should be made directly to Orthex via email or phone.
