Frequently asked questions
Is a foam mattress warmer?
Not necessarily. The warmth of a mattress depends on the materials and technologies used to enhance air circulation and temperature regulation.
Why is a foam mattress preferable to a spring mattress?
Foam mattresses generally provide better weight distribution and more uniform body support compared to spring mattresses. They can also help alleviate pressure points, offering enhanced comfort, especially for individuals experiencing joint or back tension.
How do I choose the right firmness level for my mattress?
The choice of firmness depends on individual preferences, preferred sleep position, and specific needs regarding support and comfort. A firm mattress offers heightened support, with minimal sinking under body weight, and is typically suitable for those who prefer sleeping on their back or stomach. A semi-firm mattress provides a certain level of flexibility, allowing slight sinking under body weight and is often more suitable for side sleepers as it allows the shoulders and hips to slightly sink into the mattress.
